Senior Software Engineer - US Payments and Partner Operations (m/f/d) in Berlin

Raisin, the leading global savings and investments marketplace founded in 2012, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - US Payments and Partner Operations (m/f/d) to join its IT team in Berlin. Operating in a sector holding over 80 billion euros in assets, the US Payments and Partner Operations (PPO) team manages the core money-movement stack for the Raisin US platform, including ACH payment initiation, reconciliation, customer account lifecycles, and B2B partner integrations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end features and bug fixes for the PPO domain with minimal guidance.
  • Utilize AI tools intensively to increase delivery pace and software capabilities.
  • Contribute to programming, testing, code reviews, and deployment processes while mentoring peers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Leads on feature design and domain discussions.

Candidate Profile

The organization requires a Bachelor's degree and a versatile senior-level background featuring a strong foundation in the .NET and SQL Server ecosystem. Essential technical capabilities include designing enterprise APIs using .NET Web API, building web applications with .Net, strong relational database design and performance tuning in SQL Server, applied SOLID principles, and practical experience with Clean or Onion Architecture.

Desired additions to your profile include React JS, JavaScript, HTML, Jest, React Testing Library, exposure to GoLang, Node.js, or Java/Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB, NUnit, and OAuth with ASP.NET Identity.
