GALVANY, a profitable Greentech startup based in Berlin, is looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) to join the team on a senior level. Working within the HR Admin field, you will help make climate-neutral living a reality by driving the entire hiring process—from initial vacancy briefings and active sourcing to successful onboarding—with a salary range of €70K to €80K.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate journey, including screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement rapid improvements.
- Partner with business areas and support probationary reviews.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Support People & Culture initiatives across the wider employee lifecycle.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of total experience (source text notes 3+ years in recruiting, ideally within a startup or tech environment, using Ashby ATS).
- Practical experience in active sourcing, AI-first recruiting tools, and building AI agents.
- Experience in social media recruiting via Meta and Google is a plus.
- Very strong German and English language skills in both written and spoken form (C1).
- A sales mindset, charismatic communication skills, resilience, resourcefulness, and a systematic approach.
