Senior Technical Implementation Partner - USA Management Role
Qventus is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Partner to join our Delivery team in the USA. In this senior-level management position, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical features to ensure successful enterprise-scale software deployments for our Inpatient Capacity solution. Qventus is a healthcare transformation company utilizing machine learning and AI to empower care teams, and the salary for this role is $140,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full deployment lifecycle for enterprise-wide, multi-module implementations from internal kickoff to go-live.
- Work cross-functionally with hospital executive sponsors, care coordinators, nurses, physicians, and IT teams.
- Build and sustain stakeholder buy-in around clinical workflows and tool adoption across all levels of client organizations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.
- Articulate the Qventus value proposition to establish clearly defined business outcomes.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience involving enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
- 5+ years of professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive project milestones.
- Hands-on experience with Epic integrations and build, specifically holding certifications in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules.
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills within hospital systems.
