Getlabs, acquired by Function in 2026, is seeking a Senior Trust and Safety Manager for a management role based in the USA. Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics, enabling healthcare organizations to send mobile phlebotomists to patients' homes for labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics nationwide. Backed by investors including Labcorp, Quest, and Andreessen Horowitz, the company is building a comprehensive preventive health platform with a mission to expand access to diagnostics for everyone.

In this senior-level position, you will serve as the first dedicated owner of the Trust and Safety function, protecting our field workforce who enter members' homes alone every day. You will collaborate with People, Field Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Product teams to establish the program from the ground up, scaling our field workforce protection as it grows from hundreds to thousands.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Run discovery and prioritize risk by mapping incident history and defining program scope.
• Own the Trust and Safety roadmap, setting launch dates, training milestones, and the continuing education calendar.
• Build the policy and workflow library, authoring internal policies, emergency response workflows, and incident reporting standards.
• Source, evaluate, and deploy safety solutions, including hardware options like body cameras and panic buttons, alongside internal tools.
