GROPYUS, a technology-based construction company located in Berlin, is seeking a Senior Vertriebsingenieur / Senior Sales Engineer (w/m/d) to join their Sales team on a senior level. The company focuses on building multi-story residential buildings using a prefabricated timber construction system, digitalized processes, and sustainable methods to create affordable homes.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical expertise and clients from the initial idea to contract signing. You will work with developers, investors, and planning teams, guiding them through the entire sales process while utilizing the company's proprietary hybrid timber building system. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (abgeschlossenes Studium) in fields such as architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, along with 5 or more years of professional experience. Salary is noted as market competitive.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support network building and key account management for multi-story residential projects
• Provide visionary consulting, analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions based on the holistic timber-hybrid construction system
• Manage the complete sales process through to final contract signing, handling customer communication, offer workshops, and technical clarifications
• Create detailed documentation including construction and equipment catalogs, schedules, site installation concepts, and payment plans
• Coordinate across internal departments such as architecture, system planning, legal, purchasing, and production
• Lead complex construction contract negotiations under BGB/VOB regulations
• Contribute experience to further develop internal sales processes and product solutions, and maintain long-term client relationships through after-sales service
