RelationalAI is seeking a remote Senior Solution Engineer to join our globally distributed engineering team. In this senior-level engineering role, you will help enterprises ground large language models in private, structured data using our pioneering Superalignment technology, relational knowledge graphs, and neuro/symbolic-relational reasoners. The salary for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, and applicants are required to hold a Bachelors degree along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
What You Will Do
- Own outcomes end-to-end across discovery, modeling, implementation, performance tuning, production hardening, and success measurement.
- Design and ship decision solutions on our stack using ontologies over customer data, rules, graph analytics, optimization formulations, and predictive models.
- Fill gaps independently by scoping and building missing platform features, and contribute general versions upstream via pull requests.
- Close the loop with Product by bringing back specific failure modes, patterns, and reproductions to influence the roadmap.
- Run technical discovery through workshops, demos, and proofs of concept to solve core customer problems.
Role Requirements

- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment, model enterprise worlds in our ontology, write PyRel, and ship solutions directly into customer Snowflake accounts.
