Auterion is seeking a Supply Chain Lead in Munich to manage the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for our products. In this senior-level hands-on role, you will oversee supply planning, production scheduling, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment while leading and developing our supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities for the Munich Supply Chain Role
- Drive daily execution and supply availability to ensure materials, shipments, and customer orders are managed on time.
- Manage supply disruptions and act as the primary point of escalation for shortages and constraints.
- Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize delivery performance, lead times, and capacity.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs using ERP systems like NetSuite, driving continuous process improvements and scalable operating models.
- Partner cross-functionally on new product introductions, engineering changes, and contingency planning.
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, planning, or operations within technology, hardware, robotics, aerospace, or manufacturing.
- Primary / Matric education level.
- Proven background in people leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end process improvement.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems, advanced spreadsheet skills, and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus) and EU citizenship.
