Auterion is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for its products in Munich. In this senior-level logistics role, you will combine hands-on operational execution, team leadership, and strategic development to build a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain supporting the company's AI-powered autonomous systems platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the supply chain team while driving day-to-day execution and material availability.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, and risks, partnering with procurement and logistics providers to improve delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in ERP systems like NetSuite, establish KPIs, and spearhead cross-functional initiatives such as new product introductions.
- Develop supply chain strategy, contingency planning, alternative sourcing, and scalable standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, or operations, ideally within technology, hardware, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing.
- Primary or Matric education level required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Fluent English skills; German language abilities are a plus.
- Mandatory EU citizenship.
