Supply Chain Specialist Logistics Job in Munich at Auterion
Auterion is seeking a mid-level Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Munich for a logistics role focusing on end-to-end supply chain processes. In this position, you will oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management to ensure operational excellence across the global value chain. The role requires a candidate who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners while driving process improvements and handling daily operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and optimize supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and order management.
- Act as the primary operational contact between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and sales.
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and partner relationships while overseeing daily purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Resolve supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures as the first point of escalation.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, design process improvements, and develop standard operating procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Primary / Matric education level.
- 2+ years of professional experience in logistics, planning, procurement, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, solid Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Required fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
- Mandatory EU Citizenship.
