bunch, the company building the backbone of private markets through integrated fund operations, is hiring a senior-level Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (f/m/d) for their HR Admin team in Berlin. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically with meaningful ownership of technical roles.
Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics, managing searches from kick-off to onboarding handover.
- Build targeted outbound pipelines for passive technical talent and develop reusable talent maps across referrals and communities.
- Partner with hiring managers on compensation, levels, search feasibility, and interview quality.
- Manage Ashby workflows, reporting, and role-level forecasts while utilizing AI and automation to improve research and follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with technical roles in a fast-moving environment (agency and startup experience is a plus).
- Experience hiring for a diverse set of roles and seniorities in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
- Self-starting, resilient, and curious about technical work and talent markets.
- Creative sourcing skills and an appreciation for structured kick-offs, scorecards, and ATS discipline.

This remote-flexible hybrid position is based out of the Berlin office in Mitte for 3 days per week, with up to 6 remote calendar weeks allowed.
