Trusteq GmbH is seeking a Senior Level Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for its Munich location to take a key role in complex digital and organizational transformation projects. In this role, you will bridge business and IT, support transformation initiatives, manage projects, apply agile methodologies, and handle process optimization and management-level communication.
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, alongside 3 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation and digitalization projects. You should possess certifications and hands-on experience in agile project management (such as Scrum Master or Product Owner), a strong technological understanding of cloud, data and AI, and cybersecurity, plus expertise in change management and project coordination. Excellent MS Office skills and fluency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level are required.
