Solace is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a remote management role based in the USA. As part of a Series C startup founded in 2022 that works to help patients navigate the healthcare system, this senior-level position requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a highly technical role with strong product ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and manage technical product initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Analyze data, validate hypotheses, understand user behavior, and define success metrics using SQL and dashboards.
- Optimize and automate user funnels and internal systems.
- Translate operational and data requirements into clear product specs for engineering.
- Prioritize features and collaborate with engineering, operations, and growth teams.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant product or technical experience, ideally at a fast-paced startup.
- Proficiency in querying large datasets and working with data to guide decisions.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in the United States.
This is a remote position with relocation support available for candidates who want to move to the Redwood City or San Francisco area, though relocation is not required. The salary is market competitive.
