Technical Success Manager - Autodesk Forma (Construction Specialist) in Germany
Autodesk is hiring a senior-level Technical Success Manager - Autodesk Forma (Construction Specialist) for the EMEA region, based in Germany. This remote position focuses on the construction field and requires visiting customers onsite and in the office. The role calls for someone with a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry to drive digital transformation and support customers using the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with major AECO organizations across EMEA, partnering with Customer Success Managers to deliver offerings outlined in the Customer Success Plan.
- Discover business and technical processes, build trusted advisor relationships, and guide clients through digital transformation change management.
- Deliver health checks, custom workflows, training sessions, dashboards, reports, and integrations while helping influence the product roadmap.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry technologies and trends, serving as an expert on the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (Forma).
Requirements and Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the AEC or AEC tech industry, backed by a Master's degree.
- Proven experience leading and managing technology change management projects, implementations, and programs.
- Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding.
- A curious and proactive nature, eager to understand customer challenges and dive into product details.
