Ecolab is hiring a Territory Manager in Training for their Early Careers Institutional & Specialty division in the UK. About the Programme and Division

This structured 12-month development programme prepares you for a future Territory Manager role through classroom and virtual learning, on-the-job training, job shadowing, coaching, and hands-on customer experience. Within the Institutional & Specialty divisions, Ecolab provides chemical products and solutions for foodservice, hospitality, laundry, long-term care, education, corporate, and government facilities.

What You Will Do

You will train to take ownership of an established customer territory, serving as the face of Ecolab. Responsibilities include building customer relationships through regular visits, working hands-on with ware washing and laundry systems, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating sales and service activities. Note that no immigration sponsorship is available for this UK role.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelors degree, vocational training, or equivalent education
• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, service, or hospitality environments, preferably B2B commercial sales
• Basic installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with openness to travel
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
