Ecolab is currently hiring a Territory Manager in Training for the Nalco Water division in the UK. This entry-level management opportunity features a salary range of $45k to $65k and is built around a structured 12-month training programme kicking off on October 1st, 2026.
The programme combines classroom and virtual sessions, shadowing experienced colleagues on real customer visits, coaching from industry professionals, and hands-on work at actual customer sites such as food and beverage manufacturers, power stations, data centres, and commercial buildings. Once training concludes, you will manage your own customer territory, providing technical advice on water treatment, assisting with equipment maintenance, and helping clients meet sustainability targets.
