This entry-level teaching position is suited for candidates with a Master's degree and 0-2 years of experience who want to guide participants in recognizing their skills, exploring career paths, and preparing for further education or retraining.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct target-group-appropriate group sessions and learning units.
• Assist with potential analyses through observations, action-oriented exercises, simulations, and work samples.
• Provide information on job profiles, the labor market, and qualification pathways.
• Foster personal, social, methodical, intercultural, and IT/media competencies.
• Offer individual learning support, document progress, and coordinate closely with job coaches and social pedagogy specialists.

Your Profile and Background

Applicants must hold a recognized professional or university degree (including a Master's requirement as specified for the role) along with at least one year of experience in the vocational integration of the target group. Candidates must demonstrate pedagogical suitability via a master craftman's examination, trainer aptitude test, supplementary pedagogical course of study, or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in education or training—preferably adult education—is required, alongside the ability to use digital media effectively and work in a structured, team-oriented manner.
