The Stiftung Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz is looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Veranstaltungssicherheit to join its Protocol team in Munich. This entry-level IT and security coordination role spans from September 1, 2026, to August 30, 2027, with an application deadline of August 22, 2026.

In this position, you will provide conceptual support for security planning ahead of the MSC 2027 and other year-round events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and handling internal and external information management.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in security management, social sciences, or political science.
• Strong coordination skills and experience or affinity in corporate or event security.
• Ability to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, and work with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
• Precise communication skills with a professional demeanor on the diplomatic stage.
