Plutos is seeking a Werkstudent oder Praktikant Human Resources (m/w/d) for an entry-level HR Admin position based in Frankfurt. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a primary or matric education background who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources.

HR Admin Tasks and Office Support in Frankfurt

• Support the HR team in daily operational business
• Assist with recruiting tasks ranging from job postings to applicant communication
• Help onboard new employees
• Maintain master employee data and personnel files
• Draft certificates and other HR documents
• Provide general office management support

Candidate Profile and Working Conditions

Applicants should currently be studying business administration, economic psychology, social sciences, or a comparable degree program, alongside a strong interest in HR and modern personnel processes. You will need a secure command of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills, and a structured, meticulous work style. Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, discretion, and very good written and spoken German language skills are required.
