Nakoa Digital GmbH, a leading retail media agency in the DACH region, is looking for a Werkstudent to join their team in Munich. The agency manages over €30 million in ad spend across major platforms including Amazon, Zalando, Otto, AboutYou, and Google. As a student employee, you will work directly with their proprietary AI system, "Nakoa Brain," which combines campaign data and agency methodology to drive decision-making.

Your Role in Retail Media

In this position, you will support Account Managers with daily operations across various marketplaces. You will gain hands-on experience by analyzing AI-generated data, preparing reports, and implementing campaign optimizations. Your tasks will include maintaining campaign setups and content modules, researching competitor trends and keywords, and providing feedback to the Nakoa Brain system to help refine internal workflows.

What You Bring to the Team

• You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and are eager to learn key performance metrics like ROAS, Net Sales, and TACoS.
• You have an interest in AI tools and are curious about how they shape modern marketing workflows.
• Initial exposure to E-Commerce or Performance Marketing is beneficial but not required.
• You possess a structured, reliable approach to work and enjoy collaborating within a team.
• You have excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
