Doctolib is seeking an entry-level IT and marketing team member for a Working Student B2C SEO & AI Search (x/f/m) role based in Berlin. Working within the Patient Marketing team, you will support content discoverability, quality, conversion, data analysis, and AI-supported search initiatives to help patients in Germany access healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support content strategies, maintain WordPress content, and optimize copy for patients and search engines.
• Analyze the German health market and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and Semrush.
• Explore generative-AI-supported SEO work and collaborate with B2C Marketing and Patient Content teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, media, communications, journalism, business administration, or a similar field with a Bachelor's level education.
• Available to work part-time up to 20 hours per week during the semester.
• German language proficiency at C2 level and English at C1 level; French or Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with a CMS like WordPress and AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• 0-2 years of experience.

Position Details

This 12-month position starts in November 2026 with a hybrid setup requiring 2 office days per week in Berlin. The salary is market competitive, specifically €15 gross per hour, increasing to €16 gross per hour starting January 2027.
