UnternehmerTUM gGmbH is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) Business Development & Operations for the TUM Venture Labs in Garching and Munich. This entry-level sales and operations role requires 15 to 20 hours per week and is designed for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields. The position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Europe's leading deep-tech startup ecosystem, helping build an extensive domain-specific incubator network.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and refining the contact management system for active sponsors and prospects.
• Support cross-lab activities and information flow between TUM, UnternehmerTUM, and the TUM Venture Labs.
• Help develop strategies to attract new sponsors and support existing ones across various deep-tech domains.
• Contribute to fundraising and sponsorship processes through research, data tracking, outreach, and AI-driven workflows.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and funding applications while assisting with day-to-day business development operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a strong interest in deep-tech innovation.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English communication; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools, along with prior experience in stakeholder management.

This hybrid role offers flexible working hours to accommodate your studies, allowing you to work from the Munich/Garching locations alongside remote flexibility.
