AI Full Stack Engineer

Almedia, ranked as Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 by the FT1000, is looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer in Berlin to join its IT team. This entry-level position requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience, offering a salary of €80K – €130K alongside equity.

Building AI Tools as an AI Full Stack Engineer in Berlin

In this role, you will build and iterate on internal tools, integrate AI capabilities into systems, and architect durable AI workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing full stack applications covering the front end, back end, and databases, as well as building back-end services using Node.js or Python. You will orchestrate AI APIs and collaborate closely with business teams such as marketing, user acquisition, and operations to translate their needs into technical solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals with full stack capabilities
• Production experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience building complex agentic systems and integrating AI APIs
• Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
• Clear communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity, initiative, and a strong learning mindset

Additional nice-to-haves include experience with TypeScript, familiarity with agentic and system-thinking approaches, and background partnering with marketing or operations teams.
