AI Operations Specialist

Almedia is looking for an AI Operations Specialist in Berlin to join its IT team as an entry-level professional. Recognized as Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 (FT1000) and aiming to become Germany's second bootstrapped unicorn, Almedia offers an intense, high-ownership environment. This role requires working fully on-site 5 days a week at the central Berlin office, earning a salary of €70,000–90,000 per annum.

Responsibilities for the AI Operations Specialist

• Lead high-priority strategic projects from start to finish with direct leadership collaboration.
• Drive and execute AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making.
• Bridge business needs and technical execution by translating AI concepts into practical workflows, automation, and data experiments.
• Coordinate across departments to align internal teams on objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Optimize overall operational productivity and streamline business processes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 0-2 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives. You should possess a strong, hands-on technical understanding of AI tools and data workflows, combined with a sharp analytical mindset and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
