Director, Global Consulting & System Integrator Partnerships

Ada, an established Canadian AI customer service company, is seeking a senior-level Director, Global Consulting & System Integrator Partnerships to join their management team in Canada. In this role, you will build and lead the consulting and system integrator partner ecosystem, driving net new business growth and expanding Ada's presence in customer experience transformation initiatives.

Management & Strategic Responsibilities in Canada

As a strategic alliances leader, you will turn partnerships into meaningful revenue impact by defining and executing the SI/GSI partner strategy. You will recruit top-tier GSI partners and high-performing regional partners, serve as an executive sponsor for strategic relationships, and design comprehensive partner sales enablement programs. You will also collaborate with Ada's sales, professional services, cloud partnerships, technology partnerships, and reseller teams to maximize partner impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years in partner management, alliances, or business development
• 4+ years focused specifically on consulting and system integrator partnerships
• Proven track record scaling SI programs across global and regional partners with demonstrable net new business growth
• Deep experience in CX transformation, contact center modernization, or digital customer service initiatives
• Strong enterprise sales background and familiarity with major consulting firms and GSIs
