Side, a global leader in video game development and creative services, is looking to hire a Translation Project Coordinator for a full-time, fully remote position. Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Manage client and vendor communication, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct project scoping, effort estimation, and feasibility assessments.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, margins, and resource utilization.
  • Perform quality assessments, including sanity checks and editing distance analysis.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Support cross-functional tasks, such as machine translation deployment and LQA coordination.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure visibility and process efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications
