IT Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit in München

Die Stiftung Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz sucht einen IT Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit für den Arbeitsplatz in zentraler Lage am Karolinenplatz im Herzen Münchens. Diese Entry Level Position richtet sich an Bewerber mit einer abgeschlossenen technischen Ausbildung oder einem IT-Studium sowie fundiertem IT-Basiswissen und ersten Berufsjahren.

Ihre Aufgaben im IT-Bereich

  • Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden sowie First- und Second-Level IT Support
  • Verwaltung von IT-Hardware, Applikationen und Identitäten über den gesamten Lifecycle
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes sowie Definition und Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Unterstützung in IT-Projekten
  • Integration und Konfiguration von SaaS-Lösungen, Monitoring und Betreuung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen inklusive Vor-Ort-Einsätzen bei Events im Ausland

Ihr Profil und Anforderungen

Sie bringen Grundkenntnisse in Windows, Entra ID, SaaS, Netzwerktechnik, Microsoft Office 365 und IT Service Management mit. Zudem verfügen Sie über die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Organisations- und Improvisationstalent, Belastbarkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
