Summer Intern (Ecommerce Operations) in Canada and Europe

Inspiration Commerce Group is looking for a Summer Intern (Ecommerce Operations) to join our Italist luxury fashion marketplace team. This is a full-time management internship based remotely in Canada, the UK, or the EU. We operate as a global group with around 50 people, having scaled rapidly from zero to over $100M in revenue through multiple acquisitions. This role pays a salary of $100 and requires a bachelor's degree, while prior experience is not required. We are open to current students, recent graduates, individuals making a career pivot, and those returning from a leave.

What You Will Do

• Pilot projects from our backlog, taking project briefs, launching initiatives, and experimenting to see what works
• Conduct data analysis and build reporting, dashboards, and monitoring systems using SQL via AI interfaces
• Build with AI by writing code, creating prototypes, managing API integrations, and setting up automations using tools like Claude Cowork and Cursor
• Develop your skillset across Account Management, Conversion Rate Optimization, Pricing Strategy, and Business Intelligence

This hands-on position involves executing actual work rather than just building decks. The internship is full-time over the summer with the potential to convert to full-time or part-time afterward. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial self-starters who thrive in chaos, love being in the weeds, and have been building with AI on the side.
