Vice President, BizOps in the USA
Golden Child, operating through Atomic, is seeking a senior-level Vice President, BizOps to lead business execution, planning, and internal operating systems for this Miami-based pet nutrition startup. Reporting directly to the CEO, this management role focuses on building an AI-first operating system and driving organizational execution across teams.
Role Responsibilities and Focus Areas
- Lead the company's operating rhythm, partnering with the executive team to prioritize and rapidly implement high-impact initiatives.
- Own the execution and integration of Golden Child's AI-first operating system, working with Engineering and Data Science to drive organization-wide adoption.
- Extract key signals from internal and external data to translate information into actionable company priorities.
- Manage customer economics by overseeing customer lifetime value, acquisition economics, retention, revenue forecasting, and attribution.
- Own financial forecasting, FP&A, and demand planning using next-generation, AI-driven business planning methods.
Candidate Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in business operations, strategic finance, data analytics, or financial forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making.
- Experience scaling systems within high-growth organizations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and complex project management skills.
